Introductory Evenings provide opportunities for exploring constellation work. Here, you'll be part of the circle of participants, along with facilitators and trainees among whom the evening's work is distributed. In a relaxed and safe environment, you'll learn about constellations through brief presentations, questions, observation and participation. There is a little teaching and usually several constellations done on a variety of issues.
There are really no observers. By sitting in the circle, you become a participant, meaning that
- you can benefit from the work of other participants, even if you do not present an issue for constellation;
- you may be invited - but may decline - to serve as a representative in a constellation to benefit another;
- you form part of the field in which the work is done. By holding an intention that the work serve the highest good for all, you participate as a healer and
- you may present an issue for constellation.
